Duxbury Beach Triathlon Charity Entry

2011 Duxbury Beach Triathlon active.com, Charity and Waitlist registration is officially closed to individuals

50 slots are available for $200 each which will directly benefit The Massachusetts Special Olympics, Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy and the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation.

Your entry fee goes directly to a non-profit organization as a contribution through the Charity Entry program. It is a tax deductible donation and possibly a company match donation – please check with your company.

Charity entrants receive merchandise gifts, totaling over $100.

Charity Entry Rules:

• Open to Individual entries only.
• 50 Charity applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Entry fee must accompany application to be included in the drawing. Please leave check blank in "pay to order of" line. Entry fees will be donated to the Massachusetts Special Olympics, Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy or the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation.
• Selected entries will be notified via email and/or phone as soon as they are received.
• Entries are transferrable but checks are non-refundable once accepted.
• Charity applications not selected will receive full refund of their entry fee.
