Directions from the North:

On race day, do NOT use Powder Point Bridge to gain access to Transition area or athlete parking lt. This will cause major traffic delays for everyone. There is no dropping off bikes or athletes at T1.

• Take Rt. 3 South to Cape Cod.
• Follow Rt. 3 to Exit 11 (Rt. 14 - Duxbury, Pembroke).
• Turn right off the ramp, straight through rotary and onto Rt. 14/Congress Street.
• After 1/2 mile, you will pass Duxbury Police Station on your right; quickly bear left at fork and continue on Congress Street.
• Proceed about 1 mile to “T” at Rt. 3A; go straight across onto Rt. 139 into Marshfield (do not follow Rt. 3A N. or S.
• Follow for 2 miles and bear right onto CANAL STREET towards Duxbury Beach; this turns into GURNET Road and will bring you to the ATHLETE PARKING LOT, 500 yards from T1 lot.

Directions from the South:

Take Rt. 3 North towards Boston. Bear right at end of off ramp, straight through the rotary; directions area the same as above.
